A body of works exploring British folk traditions, musics, and the very notion of Britishness itself.

For me, this has been a fascination for decades, the surfaces of this stuff, but even more so the logics of it. The idea of ritual and trad performance stemming for a strange, magical sort of efficacy; these performances MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

In my work, ritual and oblique logic become the focus, the nexus for almost anything to occur.
